USA - Indiana. Judge Daniel Moore sentenced Jeffrey Weisheit, 37, White, to death

Clark County Judge Daniel Moore sentenced Jeffrey Weisheit, 37, White, to death. Weisheit was found guilty of setting fire to his girlfriend's home, killing her two young children inside back on April 10, 2010. The same jurors who found Weisheit guilty, on June 21, 2013 unanimously recommended that he be executed. The judge is bound by the jury's recommendation if it is unanimous.
