HB 638 passed the Mississippi House of Representatives on Wednesday in a 75-43 vote. The bill moves to the Senate for more debate. House Judiciary B Chairman Andy Gipson (R) said the bill has the support of Gov. Phil Bryant and Attorney General Jim Hood.
