USA - Nevada. A Clark County jury sentenced Thomas Richardson to two death sentences

A Clark County jury sentenced Thomas Richardson, 42, white, to two death sentences for the May 1, 2005 robbery and killing of Steven Folker, 43, and Estelle Feldman, 91. The jury's decision was read by Judge Michelle Leavitt. His co-defendant, his girlfriend's teenage son, Robert Denhart, in July pleaded guilty to 1st-degree murder and robbery with use of a deadly weapon. He testified against Richardson, and in exchange, prosecutors will recommend that Denhart receive a sentence of 24 to 80 years in prison.
