A Clark County District Court jury determined Gregory Hover, 41, White, should get the death penalty. Hover was convicted in the Jan. 14, 2010 rape and murder of 21-year-old Prisma Contreras as well as the Jan. 25, 2010 slaying of Julio Romero during a home invasion.
