A jury sentenced Stephen Monroe Buckner, 52, white, twice to death in the killings of his daughter, girlfriend and girlfriend's daughter in January 2008. Buckner received the death penalty for the Jan. 18, 2008 murders of Rebecca Rose Buckner, 25, and Chelsea Nicole Gregory, 14. Buckner received a sentence of life in prison without parole for the murder of his girlfriend, Vicky Lynn Lowery, 42. Judge David Lee officially imposed the death penalty.
