USA - Ohio. A jury has sentenced Charles Cunningham to death

A Clark County jury has recommended the death penalty for Charles Cunningham, a man accused of killing his former girlfriend and another woman. Cunningham, 39, white, was found guilty last week in the October 4, 2008 shooting deaths of Jessica Serna, 27, and Heidi Shook, 28.  A sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 26 in Common Pleas Judge Richard O’Neill’s courtroom.
