U.S. District Judge Gregory Frost has temporarily halted the 2nd execution attempt of Romell Broom scheduled for Tuesday. Judge Frost issued a temporary restraining order today. The ruling against the state is effective for 10 days and prevents the 2nd lethal injection attempt on Romell Broom from going forward.
