USA - Oklahoma. A jury sentenced Miles Bench to death.

A Stephens County jury unanimously sentenced Miles Bench, 23, White, to death. The jury found him guilty of first degree murder in February. Prosecutors say Bench killed 16-year-old Brailey Henry on June 6, 2012 near a convenience store where he worked and then stole her car and dumped her body in a field. His defense attorneys say he suffers from mental illness. In fact, they tried to get Bench declared mentally incompetent, but the judge ruled that he is fit to stand trial. Bench will be formally sentenced in the next few months.
