A York County jury sentenced Kevin Mattison, 34, black, to death. The jury found Mattison guilty of first-degree murder, burglary and two counts of robbery for the Dec. 9, 2008, killing of Christian Agosto. Mattison has a previous murder conviction for killing a man in a street fight in Maryland in 1995, when he was 17. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, with the final 10 years suspended, prosecutors said; he also has a pending rape charge in Maryland
