USA - Pennsylvania. A jury sentenced Tam Minh Le to 2 consecutive death sentences

A Philly jury sentenced Tam Minh Le to 2 consecutive death sentences. Le, 43, kidnapped, tortured and stabbed two brothers, Vu, 31, and Viet Huynh, 28, on Aug. 26, 2014. Le, who has been associated with the Vietnamese gang "Born to Kill," was allegedly owed $100,000 by the Huynh brothers, who were working to distribute marijuana, according to U.S. Marshals. Judge Steven Geroff read the sentence.
