USA - South Carolina. Dylann Roof will plead guilty to state murder charges and will be sentenced to life without parole

State prosecutors announced that Dylann Roof will plead guilty to state murder charges and be sentenced to life without parole in the racially motivated murders of nine parishioners at an historic black church in Charleston. The plea agreement averts a second capital trial for the murders. Roof was sentenced to death in January on federal murder charges arising out of the killings.
