USA - Tennessee. The House passed HB 2476 to reintroduce electrocution

The House passed HB 2476 by a vote of 68-13. This means that Tennessee may become the only state in the country to require an inmate to be executed by the electric chair. The Senate on April 9 and the House today have passed bills allowing the state to use the electric chair if the Executive branch decides that drugs for lethal injection cannot be found.
