A Hardin County jury sentenced Jason Wade Delacerda (40, White) to death for torturing and killing his girlfriend's 4-year-old daughter. The girl, Breonna, died on Aug. 17, 2011. Breonna's mother, Amanda Guidry, is also charged with capital murder. She was released on bond in 2014. Prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty in her case.
