USA - Texas. A jury sentenced John Henry Ramirez, hispanic, 23, to death

A jury sentenced John Henry Ramirez, hispanic, 23, to death for the July 19th, 2004 stabbing death of Pablo Castro during a robbery. Judge Bobby Galvan, of the 94th District Court, says, "At this the time Mr. Ramirez, the jury having found you previously guilty of the offense capital murder and the jury having answered yes to special issue number one and no to special issue number two, I here by sentence you to death as prescribed by law."
