USA - Texas. A jury sentenced Kimberly Cargill, 45, white, to death

A Smith County jury sentenced Kimberly Cargill, 45, white, to death for killing her babysitter, Cherry Walker, 29. Cherry Walker’s body was found partially burned on June 24, 2010 on the side of a road. In March, 2010, Cargill was arrested for injury to her 4-year-old son, but bond out the next day. Shortly after Cargill’s release, Walker was subpoenaed as a witness in Cargill’s child custody case. Cargill did not want Walker testifying, so she killed her.
