USA - Texas. A Tarrant County jury today sentenced Paul David Storey to death

A Tarrant County jury today sentenced Paul David Storey to death by lethal injection. Storey, 23, killed Jonas Cherry, 28, on Oct. 16, 2006 during a holdup. Storey’s accomplice, Mark Porter, 22, is also charged with capital murder in the shooting death. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against Porter, whose trial is scheduled to begin in the next few weeks.
