U.S. District Judge Fernando Gaitan in Kansas City has ruled that the Missouri's method of executing condemned prisoners by injection is constitutional. 2 years ago (see June 26, 2006) Judge Gaitan issued a moratorium on executions in Missouri, but he says the state has since revised its procedures and that they are now constitutional. (see also July 13, 14, 25, Sept. 12 2006 and Apr. 3, May 12, June 4 and July 2 2007).
