VIETNAM: DEATH SENTENCE FOR KILLER OF GIRL AGED 4

In Vietnam, the Ha Noi People's Court sentenced Dang Tran Hoai , 26, of Ha Dong District to death for killing a four-year-old girl and sexually assaulting her eight-year-old sister.
The incident happened on July 29 after Hoai got drunk at a wedding and saw the girls playing outside their house.
Hoai forced the older sister into the kitchen and raped her, and when her younger sibling cried out for help, he killed her. He also stabbed their uncle who tried to intervene.
Hoai was arrested the day he tried to flee.
