VIETNAM: KOREAN GETS DEATH SENTENCE FOR MURDERING VIETNAMESE LOVER

Jong was also ordered to pay VND61 million compensation. In January, the Hanoi People’s Court sentenced Jong to life imprisonment, but the victim’s family appealed. Kim withdrew his own appeal in court.
