the appeal court in Sana'a, Yemen, chaired by Judge Ahmed al-Mu'alimi, upheld the death sentence of Syrian man Omar Ahmed Kham Tomani for bringing drugs to the country. Security bodies arrested the Omar in Aden port in 2009 in possession of over 2.6 million tablets of drugs.
