Zambian Supreme Court justices Philip Musonda and Gregory Phiri, sitting in Ndola, upheld the death sentence of a 59-year-old village headman issued by the Kabwe High Court. Patson Hin’gandu, of Chief Liteta’s area in Chibomba District, allegedly robbed and murdered Kina Kayanda at his house on October 7, 2006.
