The Constitutional Court has today filed the reasons for the declaration of unconstitutionality of the retroactive interpretation of certain provisions of the Spazzacorrotti Law that exclude prison benefits for crimes against public administration. Meanwhile, the extension itself, as provided by the law, of the so-called "obstructive crimes" to the granting of these benefits is also under review by the Consulta. We asked for a comment from Rita Bernardini, president of Nessuno Tocchi Caino and general advisor of the Radical Party.
