A 3-judge panel of the 10th U

A 3-judge panel of the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated Tyrone Darks' murder conviction and death sentence for the 1994 slaying of his ex-wife, Sherry Goodlow, 26. A jury found Darks, now 38, guilty of murder in 1995, but the sentencing was overturned last year by U.S. District Judge Tim Leonard, who said jurors should have been able to consider manslaughter charges. The appeals court panel said the trial judge's actions did not deny Darks a fair trial.
