A 4th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel has reinstated the death sentence for Jamie Wilson, overturning the January 25 ruling by U.S. District Judge Matthew Perry. The appeals court's ruling also reinstates Jamie Wilson's convictions. The appeals court ruled that Perry erred in deciding Wilson was not competent to stand trial and not competent to be executed.
