A court in Tajikistan sentenced two Tajik nationals to be executed for drugs smuggling. The two were from the Khatlon in the southwest of the country and were arrested at a checkpoint in the Jabor Rasulov District of Leninobod after police found 422 kg of raw poppy and 3.5 kg of heroin in their car.
