A gang of five Iranians, sentenced to death for kidnapping and rape, were hanged in Gorgan, in the Golestan province in northern Iran, the official IRNA news agency reported."These people had created a gang that kidnapped young girls and women to attack them," said Ali-Akbar Magsudian, a judiciary official in the town, cited by IRNA. "The five men were hanged on the spot of their crimes," he said.
