A man convicted of murdering two of his cousins and seriously wounding a woman was executed by firing squad in northern Vietnam. Phan Luu Quang, 38, was sentenced to death in 2001 for using a hatchet and knife to stab to death two of his cousins after a family quarrel, a court official said.
Quang was blindfolded and tied to a stake at the Cao Son execution site in the northern province of Thai Nguyen, before being put to death.
