a Montgomery County jury announced that they unanimously agreed that serial killer John C. Eichinger should die for the killing of Heather Greaves, 28, her sister, Lisa Greaves, 24, and Heather's daughter, 3-year-old Avery Johnson. The bodies were found by the women's father on March 25. Eichenger was also found guilty of using the same knife that was used to kill Jennifer Still, 20, in 1999.
The jury imposed 3 separate death sentences on Eichinger, 33.
Judge William R. Carpenter will formally impose the death sentence on Dec. 12. Eichinger will be sentenced to life in prison for the 4th slaying, said Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce L. Castor Jr.
