A Moroccan court convicted Abdelouahab Rabii and Hamid Slimani for preparing acts of terrorism, murdering an official and stealing weapons from an army barracks in the town of Taza for use against 'Jewish interests'. The men reportedly became the 15th and 16th to receive the death penalty under tough new anti-terrorism laws introduced following the May 2003 terrorist attacks in the country.
