A murderer [identified only as] Kabeer was given capital punishment by an additional district and sessions court in Quetta. Kabeer, accompanied by his two accomplices Abdul Qadir and Mohammad Azeem, entered a house at Munno Jan road on January 20, 1999, and seriously wounded the owner, Mazhar Muneer, and Naveed Naseem, who later succumbed to their wounds. Azeem and Qadir were given two years imprisonment and rupees five thousand fine each.
