Abdul Raqib, 19, described an encounter in Kabul between Alliance fighters and Taliban, including Arabs and Pakistanis.
About 20 of the foreign fighters died in combat, but Raqib said he personally executed five of them after they were captured.
"I made them stand in a line, and then I fired, " he said. "I was so angry."
