Mohammad Zahir and Suffi Aziz, residents of the Char Kent District of the [northern] Balkh Province were executed for murder. They had used an adze and an axe to kill five residents of the Pol-e-Khomri District in [eastern] Baghlan Province and robbed them their rightful goods. In line with a verdict passed by the court of litigation and the military court of the northern zone and with the approval of Amir ul-Momenin, the murderers were executed in public at the stadium in Mazar-e Sharif.
