A Special Anti-Terrorist Court handed down the death sentence to Khushi Muhammad and Bashir Ahmad for rape. According to the prosecution the convicts broke into the house of Muhammad Arshad in his absence and criminally assaulted his wife on gun point in the Changa Manga area on November 20, 1999.
