A Special Court for Suppression of Terroristic Activitiesin Faisalabad handed out a death sentence to Ghulam Murtaza for murder. Murtaza was found guilty of shooting dead a councillor, Raiz Ahmad Wahla and injuring his cousin Faryad in Chak Samana on April 07, 1995 over an old enmity.
