A Superior Court judge, Fred S. Silverman, sentenced convicted killer Milton Taylor, 32, to death. A jury convicted Taylor on March 30 of the March 2000 strangulation of his girlfriend, Theresa Williams, 28. It later voted 10-2 to recommend he be put to death.
