a Vietnam court sentenced Chang Yuchia, 20, a Chinese national, to death for drug trafficking. Chang had been arrested in January in Ho Chi Minh City while he was trying to post a package containing more than 1.3 kilograms (nearly three pounds) of heroin to Taiwan, a court official said.
