Alexander Zdanovich, Director of the Directorate of Programs of Assistance to the Federal Security Service, said the federal troops captured Aslan Maskhadov's archive in a special operation in Cechnya. The archives included numerous reports from field commanders controlled by the "legitimately elected president of Ichkeria". They reported who organized which terrorist act and which collaborators were executed. The documents found by the federal forces include reports on the use of poisons as well. According to one of the documents, terrorists poisoned a Chechen working in the internal affairs structures.
