Alfred Flores III, convicted of shooting 3 teens who refused to join his gang has been sentenced to death. Superior Court Judge Ingrid Uhler affirmed a jury's death recommendation. Flores, 23, was convicted of killing Alexander Ayala, 15; Jason VanKleef, 18; and Ricardo Torres, 17. The 3 were found shot to death in March 2001.
