An Anti Terrorist Court in Pakistan sentenced five people to death on two counts after convicting them in two separate murders. According to the prosecution Abdul Karim Kurd, Saifullah, Habibullah, Osman Saif and Daud Badini were involved in the murders of Abid Naqvi and Arshad Naqvi, both of whom were shot to death. Of the accused only Kurd and Saifullah had been arrested, whilst the others were sentenced in absentia.
