An end of year survey conducted by the Herald Sun revealed that the majority of Victorians of all ages were in favour of the death penalty being re-introduced for crimes of terrorism. Almost 70 per cent of people under 25 support reinstating capital punishment for terrorists, including 90 per cent of Victorians over 65.
