BANGLADESH: 4 MEN SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR KILLING FARIDPUR TRADER
A court in Faridpur on 20 October 2019 sentenced four men to death for murdering trader Bikash Saha in Bhanga upazila two years ago.

A court in Faridpur on 20 October 2019 sentenced four men to death for murdering trader Bikash Saha in Bhanga upazila two years ago.
Faridpur Additional District and Sessions Judge Kamrunnahar Begum also fined each of the convicts Tk 10,000.
They are – Alamin Sheikh, Swapan Munshi, Nahid Sheikh and Ainal Sheikh of Sadardi Chowdhurikanda of Bhanga upazila. Alamin is absconding.
Public Prosecutor MA Salam said Bikash was abducted and killed by the convicts while returning home from Bhanga Bazar on 30 March 2017. The body was recovered the next day.
The victim’s brother filed a case at Bhanga Police Station.
