According to the prosecution, Abdur Rashid, of Jotnoshi village in Bagha Upazila, chopped his sister Firoza Begum to death following a brawl on November 9, 2004. After examining records and witnesses, judge Sajedul Karim of the Special Session Judge’s Court 1 handed down the verdict.
