BELARUS: GUNMAN SENTENCED TO DEATH OVER PAYROLL ROBBERY

a judge of the Minsk Regional Court in Belarus sentenced a 25-year-old man to death for killing two employees of a farm who carried millions of roubles in wages. The robbery took place on a road near the village of Kryvichy, Salihorsk district, Minsk region, on February 27, 2009. The accused is a resident of Salihorsk.
