Bunchoo Kesee, his wife Soei Khuan and Montha Khuan...

Bunchoo Kesee, his wife Soei Khuan and Montha Khuan were sentenced to death by the provincial court in Trat for possessing speed pills with intent to sell. However, the charge against another defendant, Sang Khuan, was dropped on grounds that the boy was still a minor. They were arrested in December, 1997, by officers posing as buyers who asked to buy 100,000 speed pills from them.
