Catholic Archbishop of Lagos, Dr Olubunmi Okogie, commended the judiciary for concluding the infamous Otokoto murder case. Okogie decried the snail speed at which the case was prosecuted by the court, but appealed that the death sentences be commuted to terms of imprisonment. "Nobody stands to gain anything from the death sentence, two wrongs do not make a right," the archbishop said.
