CHINA. DEATH FOR GANG CHIEF IN MURDER

the Shanghai Higher People's Court upheld a death sentence for gang leader Qi Bing for murder in a bathhouse attack. In the early hours of January 18, 2005, a group of men headed by Qi went to a bathhouse in Minhang District and started a fight. Qi had ordered his gang to attack bathhouse employees with knives and sticks. One employee was killed and three were hurt.
