Hong Kong national Yuen Wai-ming was sentenced to death by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in China for drug trafficking and manufacturing, the Southern Metropolis Daily reported. Yuen, the leader of a drug-trafficking gang, was arrested in Shenzhen in 2007.
Officers seized about 19kg of drugs, two handguns and bullets.
