CHINESE MAN EXECUTED FOR KILLING FOUR POLICEMEN

Liu Jianjun, 51, was executed for shooting dead four policemen and two drivers with his brother in eastern China on January 4, 2011. The police entered his home to question them over the murder of a man in December 2010. Liu was sentenced to death for murder and illegal possession of guns and ammunition by the Intermediate People's Court of Tai'an City in Shandong province.
