Condemned serial killer Javed Iqbal, 38, appealed his March 16 death sentence for the murders of 100 runaway children. The interior ministry immediately rejected the method of execution imposed in judge Allah Baksh Ranja's ruling- that Iqbal's body be cut into 100 pieces and then dissolved in acid. It was the same macabre torture hel used on his victims.
