CRIMINAL COURT SENTENCED FOUR TO DEATH

the official spokesman for the Supreme Judicial Council in Iraq said that the Central Criminal Court in al-Karkh sentenced four people to death for perpetrating different crimes. Judge Abdul Sattar al-Beraqdar said “the court gave four death sentences against suspects, including an Arab, two sentences for attempting to kill, two for stealing, 18 for holding weapons, 11 for forgery, 19 for joining armed gangs and five different sentences.”
